This Privacy Policy is issued by Amolak Global Luxuries Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) ("DPDP Act").

The Company acts as a Data Fiduciary in respect of the Personal Data collected and processed through its website and vehicle sourcing, procurement, logistics and related services (collectively referred to as the "Services").

This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process and protect your Personal Data when you engage with us. By providing your Personal Data or using our Services, you consent to its processing in accordance with this Policy.

  • To fulfill contractual obligations.
